the unwanted experience

June 25, 2008, Wednesday, the date I should not forget in my entire life. On that day, I had no presence of mind that’s why unwanted things happened during my clinical exposure at the intensive care unit. I admit, I was so very much super, to the highest extent, DUMB because simple monitoring of vital signs was not perfected. That’s why, my infant patient, living under the power of epinephrine and potassium chloride and many other medications experienced cardiac arrest and I wasn’t even able to approach anyone for it. Crazy things happen all the time but having to experience it in a hospital setting is way much different, I tell you. I don’t know if it was my fault, or what, but what I really know is…I’m overwhelmed by my conscience. The guilt embedded in my mind and soul makes me weaker and weaker each day as many other problems accompany the situation. I am depressed and still am trying to suppress that feeling within me. However, no matter how I try to be stronger, there will always be the unknown ‘thing’ that drains my energy. Hence, I wind up doing nothing for myself, disrupting my daily activities. Honestly, I’m already a miserable person, and I don’t want to experience more misery in my life because my small brain cannot handle all those emotions. I thought, after I sleep, everything will be OK, yet I was wrong, for sleeping is merely palliative. I intend to make it up this time since our group will again be exposed to the same area. I pray and will always be asking for strength and guidance as I will take good care of critical children. I don’t want to inflict pain to other people, and if somebody powerful could manipulate all things, I can accept various forms of pain but I’ll ask that somebody to save those who don’t deserve it.

how to download files using Bitlord

For those who want to know how to download files, I will enumerate step by step how things work. If you have a computer at home plus you’re connected to the internet, then there’s no problem. Make use of the net and enjoy the realm of torrents!


1. First of all, you need to have the Bitlord program installed

2. Then, visit a website where you will have to download the desired files (i.e. videos, application, games etc). I recommend thepiratebay.org and mininova.com as the best online sources for torrents (file sharing). Torrents are hosted by various uploaders and it’s up to you to choose the best file. Most likely you have to choose the file that has more seeds. These seeds account for the fast downloading process of the file. Moreover, the larger the number of seeds, the more these files were supported by many different uploaders, hence, the bigger chance of having successful downloading experience.

3. After downloading the torrent, a small download toolbar will appear on the screen. Then click open. (note: the torrent might be saved in your desktop or depending on the location selected. This can be seen on the lower part of the download toolbar beside “clean up” selection).



4. Right after opening the torrent, a task properties toolbar will appear. In here are the files to be downloaded by Bitlord (which automatically opens when a torrent will be downloaded). Also, the size and save location are displayed. Make sure you know where the files were saved and there ought to be enough space in your hard drive for all the files to fit in.


5. Click OK when everything has been set.

6. You must observe that the downloading process has already started, with its speed in KB/s and the percentage showing the progress of the upload. Also, all the details about the downloaded file are displayed on the lower part of Bitlord window, simply below your ongoing download file.

7. The last part is to wait 'til the download is finish. There will be some instances our downloads will take longer periods of time to finish due to various factors like slow internet connection, the file size, the number of seeds etc.

I guess that’s all you need to comprehend and do to download your desired tv shows, movies, and many more. I myself was unable to finish any downloads during those times I started to experiment with such torrents not until my brother once instructed me on how to do so. After that, I grasped the simple idea behind downloads and I began my inclination of downloading anything to the point of obtaining a ‘MB’ disk space on my hard drives! though everything was worth it because I benefited and still am enjoying the power behind torrents.

ONE PIECE

[Who loves anime???? ME! ME! ME!]
Despite my age, I actually indulge myself on watching anime. I guess age doesn’t matter in choosing what you want to do, as long as one enjoys what she’s doing and she will be able to learn more from it, then why not? As of the moment, I’m very addicted to ONE PIECE! It’s been two weeks since I started watching it and now I’m on the 135th episode of the show. Every episode consists of at least 20 minutes and everything was worth watching. Anyway, ONE PIECE portrays a lot of unique features unlike any other anime. Well, that serves its purpose in promoting originality and entertainment which was written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda. Thanks to him because many people enjoyed reading the manga or even watching the anime on tv, even online. ONE PIECE tackles the pirate crew of a young captain named Monkey D. Luffy. He aspires to be the next Pirate King. With that goal in mind, he surpassed many circumstances as he ventures the world of the sea. In his adventures, he met new friends, and was able to form a crew (a pirate crew of less than 10! aren’t they amazing??!!). What surprises me about ONE PIECE is that, the storyline contains humor (very much that it burst me to tears laughing), as well as it promotes good values. So, friendship, altruism, trust and loyalty, are some of the things being highlighted in the anime. Moreover, as Luffy and his crew continue their journey, they began to leave a mark of history, happy ending, or even fulfillment in every island they discovered. Hence, I highly recommend to everyone to read the manga ONE PIECE or even watch the anime on tv (or online). If you love the anime or manga named Naruto, surely, you will also like ONE PIECE! Promise!

Wings of Desire

Today, I watched the German film Himmel über Berlin a.k.a. Wings of Desire in English. I found out that my favorite movie entitled City of Angels was just a remake of the above mentioned 1987 film. So, I was curious and actually downloaded a file to see whether Wings of Desire is really that worth watching (I can't find any other sources for this film except through downloads - thanks to the uploader!). However, it turned out this almost two-hour film was kinda boring, with many unnecessary scenes. I can handle slow movies though especially if those movies contain good storyline. But for this film, nah! maybe, the good side of this film was its originality because of the black and white concept with colored scenes on the latter part. From the beginning ‘til the end, I somehow suffered watching this movie and I just compel myself to finish it no matter how boring it was (just want to compare and contrast Wings of Desire with City of Angels). Nonetheless, Wings of Desire really tackled wide range of ideas, with mixed emotions involved. yet in the end, I still gave two thumbs up to City of Angels played by Nicholas Cage and Meg Ryan.
